The role requires a confident, friendly and helpful person who will be able to work under pressure and on their own initiative. The role involves planning, delivering and contributing to the colleges’ self- assessment report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) responding to incidents which require management intervention including conflict situations to mitigate further conflict and resolution.
The post holder will be required to work liaising and advising curriculum teams on student discipline matters to enable consistent, coherent and timely intervention and adherence to disciplinary policy and procedures. Experience of working in a similar environment would be advantageous.
Finally, you will have the proven ability to work successfully and influentially as part of a team and experience of organising, managing and delivering learning opportunities to really change lives for the better.
The successful candidate will be qualified to Level 2 or above in English and Maths They will also possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to lead, manage and motivate staff and students to achieve the highest level of quality and performance
Normal working hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday
