We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Transitions In & Out Officer to join our Inclusive Learning team. To provide flexible support to the team and to learners and students across a range of levels within the subject areas from Pre-Entry to Level 1.
Working closely with our team of dedicated staff, the successful candidate will contribute effectively to the successful learning experiences of students in the College through developing and facilitating delivery of programmes that help students with moderate to complex needs make a smooth and successful transition out of full-time college education into their adult life in order to improve student positive destinations and lifestyles.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be highly motivated to provide an outstanding service to our learners. You must have proven awareness and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. Flexibility and ability to adapt towards different learner needs is also essential to the role. Finally, you will have the proven ability to work successfully and influentially as part of a team.
We’re looking for someone with a Level 3 (or equivalent), Degree or HND qualification and comprehensive, recent experience.
37 hours per week, all year round

Normal working hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday
