Paul Donschak Wins College Tutor/Lecturer of the Year Award at Lincolnshire Education Excellence Awards 2023

Paul Donschak, Maths and Physics Lecturer at Stamford College, part of Inspire Education Group, has been honoured with the prestigious College Tutor/Lecturer of the Year Award at the Lincolnshire Education Excellence Awards 2023. 

The nomination for this award came from Assistant Principal Marilyn Kennedy, who highlighted Donschak’s exceptional commitment, outstanding teaching abilities, and personal dedication to his students.

Throughout the years, Donschak has consistently displayed immense dedication to his students, offering individualised online tutorials and successfully implementing a mentoring program within his department. His primary goal has always been to foster a supportive learning environment for all students, including those with diverse backgrounds and additional needs.

Donschak’s innovative and disciplined teaching approach has made a significant impact on his students’ achievements, resulting in high success rates and progression to renowned universities. In a notable achievement, his students obtained the highest marks in AQA physics in 2022, outperforming all other centres.

Among his successful students, Dayne A graduated with First-Class Honors in Financial Mathematics from Nottingham Trent University, while Sophie C secured a place to study Veterinary Medicine at the prestigious University of Cambridge, thanks to the invaluable support provided through the mentoring scheme.

Overall, Paul Donschak’s well-deserved College Tutor/Lecturer of the Year award reflects his unwavering pursuit of excellence and tireless dedication to shaping the lives of his students at Stamford College.
