Inspire Education Group's Air & Defence College provision offers a unique, employer-focused approach to education and technical training for 16 to 19-year-olds, equipping students with the skillset sought after by organisations within the dynamic aviation, aerospace, and defence industries. The event provided the perfect opportunity for students to celebrate the start of their journey into these sectors, together with their peers, faculty members, industry leaders and representatives from the Air & Space Institute (ASI).
A highlight of the ceremony was the privilege of an address from Air Commodore John Lyle, Commandant of the RAF College Cranwell. His presence underscored the significance of the occasion, as he offered inspiring words to the students embarking on their career paths as pilots, engineers and ground crew, both in the UK and abroad. Filled with pride, the speech set an inspiring tone for the students' journey ahead, leaving them eager to embrace the opportunities and challenges that await.
With their studies now underway, IEG students are poised to make a meaningful impact in their chosen fields. Thank you to the ASI, IBCC and industry partners involved in the organisation of the event, whose efforts made the matriculation ceremony a memorable and inspiring occasion for all attendees.
