Supporting young people into education, employment and training
The BRDG (Bridge) Hub is a new community space in central Peterborough, developed by Inspire Education Group to support young people who are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET).
Aimed at those aged 16–24, the Hub provides a single point of access to practical support, guidance and opportunities, helping young people take their next step with confidence.
Are not currently in education, employment or training
May need support to identify their next step
Are facing barriers such as low confidence, mental health challenges, or lack of opportunity
We work in partnership with local organisations, charities and services to reach and support those most in need.
What we offer
The Hub provides tailored, one-to-one and group-based support across three key areas:
Employment support
✦ CV writing and job applications
✦ Interview preparation
✦ Job search support and local opportunities
Education and training pathways
✦ Access to courses and qualifications
✦ Apprenticeship opportunities
✦ Guidance on SEND-specific pathways
Personal support
✦ Mentoring and confidence building
✦ Wellbeing and mental health guidance
✦ Practical advice to support independence and progression
A joined-up approach
The BRDG Hub brings together education, employment and support services in one place.
By working closely with local partners, we aim to remove barriers, simplify access to support, and provide consistent guidance that helps young people move forward at a pace that works for them.
Referring a young person
We welcome referrals from organisations working with young people across Peterborough, including:
Charities and community groups
Local authorities and support services
Schools and colleges
Youth and outreach teams
If you are supporting a young person who could benefit from the BRDG Hub, we encourage you to refer them.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE FORM WE WILL USE, JUST AN EXAMPLE OF THE SETUP SO THAT WE CAN SEE WHAT IT MIGHT LOOK LIKE
