Inspire Education Group (IEG) has been shortlisted for three Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Excellence Awards, recognising the impact of its communications, marketing and stakeholder engagement activities.
The Group has been named as a finalist in the following categories:
Education Campaign – Driving the Green Skills Agenda: A Regional Campaign
Best Event – Launch of the Centre for Green Technology
In-House PR Team of the Year – Not-for-Profit, Public or Charity Sector
IEG's Marketing Team is consistently recognised among the UK's best at the College Marketing Network Awards.
The CIPR Excellence Awards are among the most respected accolades in the communications industry, celebrating outstanding public relations campaigns, events and teams from across the UK. Winners will be announced at the CIPR Excellence Awards ceremony in London on 1 July 2026.
The shortlisted Driving the Green Skills Agendacampaign showcased IEG's commitment to addressing regional and national skills shortages by promoting opportunities in renewable technologies, sustainable construction, electric vehicles and retrofit technologies. The campaign engaged employers, stakeholders, learners and policymakers, positioning IEG as a leading provider of green skills education.
The Best Event nomination recognises the launch of the Centre for Green Technology, which brought together government representatives, industry partners, employers, staff, students and community stakeholders to celebrate the opening of the state-of-the-art facility and its role in supporting future workforce needs.
The third nomination, In-House PR Team of the Year, recognises the achievements of IEG's Marketing and Communications team and their contribution to supporting the Group's strategic priorities through impactful communications, stakeholder engagement, student recruitment campaigns and reputation management.
Kate Knight, Group Director of Marketing, Communications & Student Recruitment at Inspire Education Group, said:
"To be recognised in three categories at the CIPR Excellence Awards is a tremendous achievement and a reflection of the passion, creativity and professionalism of our Marketing and Communications team, as well as the support of colleagues across the Group.
"These nominations highlight the importance of telling the stories that matter – from our investment in green skills and innovation to the positive impact we make on learners, employers and our communities. We are incredibly proud to be shortlisted alongside some of the UK's leading organisations."
