Inspire Education Group and Evergreen Care Trust collaboration helps grow Stamford’s future digital workforce

A partnership between Evergreen Care Trust and Inspire Education Group is highlighting how T Level placements can support local organisations while helping to build a future-ready workforce.
The Stamford-based charity recently welcomed three T Level Digital students from IEG’s Stamford College, allowing students to apply their digital and creative skills in a real workplace while supporting Evergreen’s digital growth.
Originally planning to host one student, Evergreen Care Trust expanded the placement to three after recognising the value the students brought to live digital projects.
The placement was overseen by Imogen Joyce, Events & Marketing Lead at Evergreen Care Trust, who said:
“As a charity, it’s always good to have extra hands to support us, particularly during busy periods. The students worked across graphic design, web content, data, and social media, giving them exposure while supporting our growth. We saw them grow in confidence and independence, which was incredibly rewarding. Work experience helps students build their careers, but it also helps organisations like ours by sharing the workload and bringing in fresh ideas. It’s really benefitted both of us.”
The collaboration demonstrates the wider economic value of T Level placements, which connect education directly with employer needs. For Inspire Education Group, placements also provide valuable insight into the real-world challenges facing local organisations, helping ensure curriculum content remains relevant and aligned with the skills local employers need.
For businesses, placements offer a low-risk way to access emerging digital talent, support growth and develop future recruitment pipelines — while contributing to a stronger local economy.
